Biography
Dominique Lefebvre was elected Chairman of the Crédit Agricole de la Beauce et du Perche in 1992, and the Crédit Agricole Val de France in 1995.
A member of the FNCA board since 2004 and Deputy Chairman since 2008, Lefebvre has been a Director of Crédit Agricole SA since 2007. He is also a Director of the disability hiring section of Crédit Agricole (HECA).
In addition to being a grain farmer, Mr. Lefebvre's professional career has also included serving as Director and later Chairman of Jeunes Agriculteurs, France's young farmers union.
Mr. Lefebvre has been a Councillor for the municipality of Nogent-le-Phaye since 1989. He is an Officer of the Ordre du Mérite agricole.

The Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole (FNCA) is the body through which the Regional Banks discuss policy, express their views and represent themselves. FNCA plays the role of a trade body. It is a forum for discussions that arise at the grass-roots level, and it plays a pro-active, guiding role.
It represents Crédit Agricole's Regional Banks and the Group with respect to the public authorities, trade associations and bodies with authority for co-operative and mutual banking.
FNCA provides services to Regional Banks, particularly in the fields of continuing education and human resource management.
